We have a 30 day return policy from the time your shoes are delivered. Shoes must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with the hang tag attached, and in their original, undamaged packaging. If your item does not meet these criteria, you will be denied a return or exchange.

Returns and exchanges on orders not enrolled in free returns through Checkout Plus when purchased are charged for the return label along with a $3 restocking fee. See the full return policy.

Visit our return portal. Once submitted, please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order to be approved and a shipping label emailed to you. Please do not use your own return label.

Ship your shoes back in their original shoe box, placed inside a standard shipping box.

Our shoes were made with a wider than average toe box to account for swelling during long hours on your feet. So although they are not listed as wide, they work perfectly for people with wider feet.

Our shoes run slightly smaller than the industry standard. We recommend going a half size up from your normal shoe size. See the size guide.

The best way to clean your shoes is with our Xtreme Shoe Wipes. They are individually packaged for easy storage on the go, so keeping your shoes looking fresh is simple.

No wipes? No problem. For slightly dirty shoes or daily maintenance, use germicidal wipes or a rag, dish soap and water.

For moderately dirty shoes, we recommend a soft bristled brush and a cleaning solution like Jason Markk. You can view our tutorial video here.
