What is your return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy from the time your shoes are delivered. Shoes must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with hang tag attached, and in their original, undamaged packaging. If your item does not meet these criteria, you will be denied a return/exchange. All returns and exchanges on orders not enrolled in free returns through Checkout Plus when purchased, will be charged for the return label along with a $3 restocking fee. How do I make a return or exchange?
You can make a return or exchange by visiting our return portal here. Once submitted, please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be approved and a shipping label emailed to you. Please do not use your own return label. Also, please ship your shoes back in their original shoe box, placed inside a standard shipping box.
Do your shoes come in wide?
Our shoes were made with a wider than average toe box to account for swelling during long hours on your feet. So although they are not listed as “wide”, they work perfect for people with wider feet.
Do your shoes run small, big, or true to size?
Our shoes run pretty true to size or just slightly smaller than the industry standard. So, if you tend to go between sizes, definitely choose to go a half size up.

What is the best way to clean my shoes?
The best way to clean your shoes is with our Xtreme shoe wipes. Individually packaged, for easy on the go storage, making it super easy to keep your shoes looking fresh!
No wipes? No problem! For slightly dirty shoes and/or daily maintenance, use germicidal wipes or a rag, dish soap, and water.
For moderately dirty shoes, we recommend using a soft bristled brush and cleaning solution like Jason Markk. You can view our tutorial video here.

Super comfortable after work
This is at least my fifth pair. And I’ve turned three of my coworkers onto your shoes. They’re just comfortable. They hold up well. Easy to clean.
I do love these! However I find my heels coming out of the shoe quite often. Maybe I should’ve gone with the high top!
These are the most comfortable shoes that I have had in years. I purchased my first pair in April 2026 after reading that the UNI's had a wider toe box. It made a huge difference in eliminating foot pain from my big toe that was getting squeezed with the other brand. The UNI's also feel firm and comfortable on your feet. I always believed that the thick cushioned ones were better for standing all day. After wearing the UNI's, which are not heavily cushioned, my feet feel good after a 10 hour day. I purchased the second pair because they are that good.

So I’m not a nurse but In my line of work I’m on my feet a lot standing and/or walking. I have some nerve damage in one of feet from an ankle surgery I had some years back so certain parts of my feet are hyper sensitive and I have a hard time getting comfortable standing or walking too long because the shoes are bothering my feet. I tried barefoot shoes, those didn’t have enough support and I looked like I had duck feet, I tried my asics, but there was too much cushion my ankles were suffering and my knees were starting to bother me. So I needed something with cushion and support and a wider toe box so my hyper sensitive toes wouldn’t be bothered. I somehow came across these and decided to give them a try. Let me tell you…. It is by far the best purchase I have made for my feet ever! I feel like I’m walking more normally, my knees, ankles and hips aren’t hurting. Not even my back is bothering me after a long day on my feet. They look super sleek and stylish. I’m going to buy another pair for my everyday wear. Highly highly recommend!!!
Great for those long 12 hr shifts. Some weeks I work 6-12hr shifts and they never let me down.
Very comfortable shoes. I’ve tried many different ones and my feet would always start to hurt a couple hours into my shift. Not with these shoes. I can work my whole shift and still be good.

I own a cleaning business and have tried various brands with varying results but these shoes have held up well. I half sized up just to be safe and have been happy. All in all a happy medium, I would like it to be waterproof instead of water resistant but the slip resistance and comfort win big on the compromise. Definitely recommend them for anyone walking or standing for many hours in the day.
